About Us
We started Savvy Capital Blog because watching people throw money at real estate without a clue made us crazy. Seriously. You'd see friends, neighbors, colleagues — all jumping into deals they didn't understand, losing cash they couldn't afford to lose. That's what pushed us to build this place. We're here to cut through the noise and teach you how real estate investing actually works. Not the Instagram version. Not the get-rich-quick garbage. Just honest, practical knowledge from people who've bought properties, made mistakes, learned hard lessons, and want to save you from doing the same.
Over time, we’ve built a reputation for reliability, quality, and clear communication. We treat each project as a partnership and aim for outcomes that last.
Our Approach
Our approach combines proven methods with modern tools. We start with discovery, align on goals, plan clearly, and execute with quality checks at every step.
Our Mission
Teach everyday people how to build real estate wealth without getting burned. We break down complex investment strategies into stuff that actually makes sense. Your job's to show up and learn. Ours is to make sure you're ready when opportunity knocks.
Our Vision
A world where real estate investing isn't some mysterious game played by insiders. Where regular folks have the knowledge and confidence to make smart property decisions. Where luck plays less of a role than strategy, preparation, and knowing what you're doing.

Our Story
Back in 2018, our founder closed his 47th rental property and realized something: most investors were making the same beginner mistakes he'd made years earlier. Started writing guides for friends. Then their friends asked for help. By 2021, we'd published over 200 articles and were getting 15,000 monthly visitors. Decided to go all-in. Moved to our Brno office in 2022 and started offering live workshops. Haven't looked back since. We've helped thousands of investors understand cap rates, cash flow projections, and market analysis — topics that used to keep them awake at night.
Meet Our Team
The people behind Savvy Capital Blog
Martin Čech
Founder & Lead Educator
Started investing in 2009 with $12,000 and a lot of mistakes. Now manages a 23-property portfolio across Central Europe. Obsessed with teaching what actually works, not what sounds impressive.
Katarina Novotná
Market Research & Analysis
Former banker who got tired of spreadsheets and spreadsheets. Now digs into market data so you don't have to. Speaks three languages and reads property reports for fun (yeah, really).
Petr Hájek
Financing & Strategy Specialist
Spent 11 years in real estate finance before joining us. Knows every creative financing trick that's actually legal. Helps investors find capital and structure deals that banks actually approve.
We’re a team that values ownership, clarity, and growth. We celebrate wins, learn fast, and keep client outcomes at the center.
Our Core Values
The principles that guide everything we do
No Bull
We don't sugarcoat things. If a market's overheated, we'll tell you. If a strategy's risky, we say so. You deserve straight talk, not sales pitches dressed up as education.
Real Experience
Everything we teach comes from actual deals we've done or seen fail. Theory's fine, but we build on what works in the real world — when you've got actual money on the line.
Keep It Simple
Complexity doesn't equal intelligence. We explain hard concepts without the jargon. If we're using technical language, we're defining it first. That's just respect for your time.
Your Success Matters
We're not trying to sell you courses or coaching packages. If you learn better through free articles, perfect. We win when you actually build wealth — not when you buy our stuff.
